I’m an experience strategist and service design leader with deep expertise in digital product design, brand strategy, and customer experience. I help organisations turn complex challenges into clear, user-centred strategies that deliver measurable results.

I’ve led transformation programmes across automotive, energy, finance, healthcare, and retail—achieving 40%+ conversion uplifts, delivering blended retail solutions, and shaping innovative propositions. Often working in long-term, fractional leadership roles, I guide projects from strategy to delivery with an open, collaborative, insight-led approach.

Recognised by D&AD, Gartner, and Creative Review, I also write, speak, and create courses to share best practice in digital service design.

I help education leaders turn challenge into sustainable school improvement—and deliver lasting impact.

With more than 20 years of headship experience across independent, mainstream and schools in special measures, I have led rapid improvement programmes, supported leadership teams and worked strategically with schools, partnerships, acadmeies and local authorities to strengthen outcomes and build leadership capacity.

I am an education leadership coach, facilitator and school improvement specialist with deep expertise across:

  • Leadership development and coaching
  • School improvement and change management
  • NPQ facilitation and executive leadership
  • Pedagogy, professional learning and professional learning

Following successful school transformation work, I was seconded by the Local Authority to work as an Executive and Consultant Headteacher supporting a number of schools. I have been a Kent Leader of Education (KLE), a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and an Ofsted Inspector since 2019.

I facilitate National Professional Qualification (NPQ) programmes, specialising in NPQSL and NPQH and have contributed to the full suite of NPQ video webinars for LLSE. Alongside this, I coach senior leadership teams across primary and secondary settings, helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, confidence and strategic focus.

Often working in long-term coaching and facilitation roles, I support organisations from reflection to implementation with a collaborative, insight-led approach grounded in practical educational experience.

I also write and deliver training on pedagogy, leadership, and professional development, helping to advance effective practice across the education sector.
